Fawlee is a social network website platform that promotes interactive Financial Inclusion discussions worldwide through blogs. Financial Inclusion players and/or communities in the world are getting together today under a single platform to share, discuss, debate, or exchange ideas and/or experience with the aim of bringing their Financial Inclusion contributions to the world.

Fawlee believes that technology and the payment industry could play a major role in promoting Financial Inclusion worldwide. It can also be viewed as an influencer of decision making that can help Financial Inclusion actors achieving end results by making population around the globe financially inclusive.

Fawlee has made it easy for its users to now be able to identify or choose a payment vendor, a Financial Inclusion author or implementation services partners around a preferred region with whom they would like to engage with or do business with in the continent.

Fawlee believes that education and information should not be left behind; therefore, Fawlee users can now participate in the Games of Fawlee of the month to keep up the Fawlee community in the loop of trends and/or information that will benefit the Fawlee user and/or lead them to business opportunities within the Fawlee community.

Fawlee is there to:

  • Put together Thought Leaders, Decision Makers, Business Influencers and/or Financial Inclusion stakeholders worldwide to speak and/or engage in to Financial Inclusion matters with the aim of impacting the Financial Inclusion ecosphere;
  • Facilitate Financial Inclusion discussions;
  • Identify potential Financial Inclusion partners in your region;
  • Share past, present and future Financial Inclusion experience and/or trends;
  • Connect Financial Inclusion stakeholders who had challenges or values to share;
  • Facilitate communications with Financial Inclusion stakeholders within the Fawlee community as well as stimulating them to ask questions about Financial Inclusion;
  • Share business opportunities between Financial Inclusion stakeholders and/or the Fawlee community.

Fawlee is social network organization that promotes Financial Inclusion discussions through its website platform and it is not a payment service provider referral website that can influence business opportunities of any sort on behalf of any user. However, Fawlee users may decide at their own discretion to engage or do business with any Fawlee user(s). Fawlee does not have any rights or mandates to engage discussion on behalf any user or influence any decision whatsoever. Fawlee may recommend and/or acclaim payment vendors or services, at its own discretion, listed on its website. Nevertheless, marketing, advertisement or Fawlee feeds from Fawlee users, vendors, implementation services or partners will be published and/or communicated from time to time.

Fawlee does not hold any financial accreditation from any sort that can provide financial advices.

Fawlee reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Fawlee does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website, as operation of our Website may be interfered with as a result of a number of factors which are outside of our control.

These terms & conditions contain the entire agreement between the Parties in regard to its subject matter. Neither Party will be bound by any express or implied term, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise nor the like not included or recorded in these Terms.

Should any provision hereof be deemed, for any reason whatsoever, to be invalid or inoperative, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the force and validity of other provisions of this agreement.

In the event of any dispute arising in respect pf these terms & conditions, including the implementation, execution, interpretation, rectification, validity, enforceability, termination or cancellation of these termst, the parties attempt to settle such dispute by mediation. If the parties are unable to settle the dispute via mediation within 30 days, the said dispute will, if made by any party on written notice to the other parties, be referred to arbitration.
